Loopy Discussion

I hope that this issue is able to be solved. After I updated my phone loopy crashes within a second of making a chiming sound. I used to be able to use it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I cleared my memory in my phone. I'm still having the issue. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear Loopy's crashing on you!  If you'd like to send me the crash log (I'm michael at tzisoftware dot com), I'll take a look and try to find out what the problem is.

You can get to the crash log by syncing the iPhone/iPod with your computer, then, if you have a mac, navigating to ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME> (where ~ means your home folder), then emailing me the file Loopy_<DATE>_<DEVICE_NAME>.crash.  If you have a PC, it'll be in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>.
