I’ve been having trouble with my left iPod earplug, which has been clicking and distorting beyond a (relatively low) volume – making listening very annoying. I was making plans today to go and visit the Apple store where I bought the iPod, when I remembered reading something about sucking on the troublesome earplug. I gave it a go, and it fixed the problem! Just apply some suction to the earplug, and it seems to unstick something inside.
I couldn’t find the article I read that suggested this, but credit goes to someone out there for this quick fix.
One of mine has been doing the same thing. I’ll have to try that and see if it fixes it!
I was sucking my Ipod earplugs for unrelated reasons and it only fixed the problem
:)
You’ll be happy to know the headphones shipping with the new iPod Nano’s dont suck as much.
Thank God…
