The update has landed!
Loopy’s now slicker and meatier than ever, with a brand-spanking new audio engine — with some nifty new audio processing smarts and just ~6-7ms latency, which sounds absolutely fantastic — greatly improved punch in/out controls, multi-channel audio interface support, and a colossal amount of other improvements.
You can [read more about the update here](http://atastypixel.com/brand-new-loopy-coming-real-soon/), grab [Loopy HD](http://loopy/download-hd) (for the iPad and iPhone) or [Loopy](http://loopy/download) (for the iPhone) right now on the App Store, and [talk about it](http://forum.loopyapp.com) on the forum.
You can also check out the [new introductory tutorial](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtZcYBgRVEs) — there’ll be more soon.
Many thanks to the testing team for their hard work making sure the new update is house-trained.
Happy looping!
Hi. Any chance I get I throw some ideas your way. Have you thought of adding track numbers to help identify tracks. I sometimes get lost with which is which, esp using audiobus to put effects on loopy tracks and often when screen orientation gets changed for whatever reason it can get confusing. I’m also finding it hard to sync ielectribe on audiobus to loopy. It does sync the tempo but when I hit rec with auto punch in it starts recording not on 1 and messes up adding of any successive loops. I may be getting simething wrong but I tweaked a few setting with no positive result. Anyhow, great stuff Michael, thanks.
Hey Dom – best place for this stuff is the forum. Incidentally, look around there, too – you’ll find some others have requested similar stuff.
